The Conference Companion shows your FindTime CRM beside a Zoom or Microsoft Teams meeting. It is private to you and read-only: other participants never see your data. It needs a FindTime account with the AI CRM & Contact Intelligence add-on.
What it shows
- Last time: a recap of your previous meeting with most of these attendees.
- Prep brief: open follow-ups and what to raise, with the date each item originated.
- Attendees: each attendee in your CRM, how often you have met and their full contact detail.
- Companies: a researched summary, fit against your goals, talking points and news.
- Ask: questions about these people and your past meetings, answered from your own notes.
Add it to Zoom
- In the Zoom App Marketplace, search for FindTime Conference Companion.
- Click Add and allow the permission Zoom shows. It only lets FindTime open inside your meetings.
- Zoom opens the app in your Zoom desktop client.
Use it in a Zoom meeting
- In a meeting, click Apps in the toolbar and choose FindTime Conference Companion.
- The first time, click Sign in to FindTime. Your browser opens: sign in to FindTime and click Connect. You stay signed in for 12 hours.
- FindTime finds the meeting from your synced calendar by its time. If it shows another meeting, or several overlap, click Change meeting.
Attendees come from the calendar invite, and only people already in your FindTime CRM appear.
Add it to Microsoft Teams
- In Teams, open Apps and search for FindTime, then click Add. If it is not listed, your Teams administrator needs to allow it.
- During a call, click FindTime in the Teams app bar. In a meeting your organization runs, you can also add it with Apps (+).
- Click Continue with Microsoft, or Sign in another way to use Google, Apple or email.
Hide details while you share your screen
Click Presenting in the panel header before you share your screen. The whole panel blurs, including meeting titles and names, so others on the call cannot read it. Click Presenting again when you stop sharing. FindTime cannot tell when you start sharing, so turn it on yourself.
Remove it
- Zoom: sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace, go to Manage → Added Apps, find FindTime Conference Companion and click Remove.
- Microsoft Teams: right-click FindTime in the app bar and choose Uninstall.
- To end the panel's FindTime session first, click Sign out in the panel.
Removing the app does not change your FindTime account or CRM. To delete those, see the Privacy Policy.
Your data
- FindTime reads no Zoom data: no recordings, chat, participants or meeting content. Zoom's authorization is used once to open the app and is never stored, so removing the app leaves nothing from Zoom to delete.
- In Teams, FindTime reads only your Microsoft sign-in to match your FindTime account. It has no access to chats, files or meeting content.
- The panel shows data from your own FindTime account, only to you. See our Privacy Policy and Security & Data Handling.
