FindTime connects to your calendar and video conferencing accounts so it can check your availability, create booking events, and automatically add a meeting link to every booking. This guide explains how to add, use, and remove each connection.
Overview
All of your connections are managed in one place. In FindTime, open Calendar from the top navigation, then select the Integrationstab. You'll find two sections:
Calendar Connections — Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 / Outlook. Used to read your availability and write booked meetings to your calendar.
Video Conferencing — Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. Used to automatically create a meeting link when a booking is made.
FindTime requests the least access each integration needs to work. Access tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and are used only to perform the actions described below. You can disconnect any integration at any time.
Need a hand? Email support@findtime.co and we'll help you connect, troubleshoot, or fully remove any integration — including deleting the data associated with it.
Google Calendar
Add (connect)
Go to Calendar → Integrations → Calendar Connections.
Under Google Calendar, click Connect.
Sign in to Google and review the requested permissions (view & edit calendar events, and your basic profile), then click Allow.
You'll be returned to FindTime and the account will show as connected. To link more than one calendar, use Add another account.
Use
FindTime reads your busy/free times to calculate the availability shown on your booking pages.
When someone books a time, FindTime adds the meeting to your connected calendar as an event.
Remove (disconnect)
Go to Calendar → Integrations → Calendar Connections.
Click Disconnect next to the Google account. If upcoming bookings or meeting types rely on it, FindTime will guide you through the options first.
Disconnecting in FindTime deletes the credentials FindTime stores for Google. To fully revoke FindTime's access on Google's side, also remove FindTime from your Google Account → Security → Third-party access.
Microsoft 365 / Outlook Calendar
Add (connect)
Go to Calendar → Integrations → Calendar Connections.
Under Microsoft (Office 365, Outlook), click Connect.
Sign in to Microsoft, review the requested permissions, and click Accept.
You'll be returned to FindTime and the account will show as connected. Use Add another account to link more than one.
Use
FindTime reads your busy/free times to calculate availability for your booking pages.
Booked meetings are written to your Outlook / Microsoft 365 calendar as events.
Remove (disconnect)
Go to Calendar → Integrations → Calendar Connections.
Click Disconnect next to the Microsoft account and follow any prompts about affected bookings or meeting types.
Connecting Zoom lets FindTime automatically create a Zoom meeting and add the join link to bookings where you've chosen Zoom as the meeting location.
Add (connect)
In FindTime, go to Calendar → Integrations → Video Conferencing and click Connect Zoom. (You can also find FindTime in the Zoom App Marketplace and click Add.)
You'll be taken to Zoom to authorize FindTime. Zoom will show the permissions FindTime requests — creating and managing meetings on your behalf, and reading your basic profile (name and email). Click Authorize.
You'll be returned to FindTime and Zoom will show as connected, listing the Zoom account you authorized.
Use
Choose Zoom as the location on any meeting type.
When a guest books that meeting type, FindTime creates a Zoom meeting through your connected account and includes the join link in the confirmation email and the calendar event.
Remove (uninstall)
In FindTime: go to Calendar → Integrations → Video Conferencing and click Disconnect on Zoom. If upcoming bookings use Zoom, FindTime will ask you to wait or reassign them; meeting types can fall back to another connected platform or to in-person. This deletes the Zoom credentials FindTime stores.
In Zoom: to fully revoke access, sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace, go to Manage → Added Apps (or search for FindTime), and click Remove. Zoom will revoke FindTime's access and remove the associated data.
Your data: FindTime stores only the encrypted Zoom OAuth tokens needed to create meetings on your behalf; these are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. FindTime does not access your Zoom recordings or cloud storage through this connection. To request deletion of any data associated with your Zoom connection, email support@findtime.co.
Zoom is being rolled out as we complete Zoom's security review. If you don't see the Zoom option yet, it will appear automatically once it's enabled for your account.
Google Meet
Add (connect)
Go to Calendar → Integrations → Video Conferencing and click Connect Google Meet.
Sign in to Google, review the requested permissions (managing the calendar events FindTime creates), and click Allow.
You'll be returned to FindTime and Google Meet will show as connected.
Use
Choose Google Meet as the location on a meeting type.
When that meeting type is booked, FindTime generates a Google Meet link and adds it to the calendar event and confirmation.
Remove (disconnect)
Go to Calendar → Integrations → Video Conferencing and click Disconnect on Google Meet, following any prompts about affected bookings or meeting types.
Disconnecting in FindTime deletes the credentials FindTime stores for Google. To fully revoke FindTime's access on Google's side, also remove FindTime from your Google Account → Security → Third-party access.
Microsoft Teams
Add (connect)
Go to Calendar → Integrations → Video Conferencing and click Connect Microsoft Teams.
Sign in to Microsoft, review the requested permissions (creating and reading online meetings on your behalf), and click Accept.
You'll be returned to FindTime and Microsoft Teams will show as connected.
Use
Choose Microsoft Teams as the location on a meeting type.
When that meeting type is booked, FindTime creates a Teams meeting link and adds it to the calendar event and confirmation.
Remove (disconnect)
