FindTime vs Calendly

Calendly is the category incumbent with broad enterprise integrations and polished workflows. FindTime offers cheaper core scheduling (Starter at $3/mo) plus an AI Email Assistant that books on its own and AI CRM & Contact Intelligence as separate addons. Calendly's new AI assistant, Callie, is in beta, limited to its Plus tiers, and asks you to approve every change.

Switching from Calendly

  1. 1
    Export your Calendly event types
In Calendly, go to Event Types and note the configuration of each type (duration, availability, questions). There is no bulk export; screenshot or copy each event type's settings before cancelling.
  2. 2
    Re-create event types in FindTime
Open the FindTime dashboard, click "New event type," and replicate your Calendly settings. FindTime supports the same durations, buffer times, and confirmation emails. Custom questions can be added under the Questions tab.
  3. 3
    Connect your calendars
In FindTime Settings → Calendars, connect your Google or Outlook calendar. Starter supports one calendar connection; Professional and above support unlimited calendar connections, so FindTime can check personal and work calendars together for conflicts.
  4. 4
    Update your booking links
Replace Calendly links (calendly.com/yourname/...) in your email signature, website, and CRM with your new FindTime booking URLs (findtime.co/u/your-username/meeting-slug). FindTime lets you customize the username and slug.

Frequently asked

  1. FindTime does not have a one-click Calendly importer. You recreate event types manually in the FindTime dashboard — it takes about five minutes per type. Calendly does not export event configuration as a file, so manual recreation is the standard path regardless of which tool you switch to.

  2. Calendly's paid plans start at $10/seat/mo (Standard, billed annually). FindTime's Starter plan is $3/mo and Professional is $8/mo. FindTime's AI Email Assistant is a separate $50/mo addon (30-day trial included on every plan) and has no equivalent on Calendly at any tier. Round-robin requires Calendly Teams at $16/seat/mo; FindTime's Teams plan ($15/user/mo) includes round-robin.

  3. FindTime offers an AI Email Assistant ($50/mo addon, 30-day trial on every plan) that you CC on scheduling emails — it responds and books the meeting on its own, with an optional Training Mode for approval. Calendly's Callie assistant is in beta, available on its Standard Plus and Teams Plus tiers, and requires you to approve every change. FindTime also offers AI CRM & Contact Intelligence ($90/user/mo addon, 60-day trial included) that surfaces who to reconnect with and why from past meeting transcripts. Calendly's Notetaker recaps individual meetings but doesn't rank relationships across them.

  4. Partly. Since August 2026, Calendly offers Callie, a beta AI assistant you CC on scheduling emails. It proposes times and books, but you must approve every change before it happens, and it is limited to the Standard Plus and Teams Plus tiers. Calendly also offers a Notetaker for meeting recaps. 5. Both FindTime and Calendly support Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook / Office 365 (including Exchange). FindTime Starter ($3/mo) supports one calendar connection; Professional and above ($8/mo+) support unlimited calendar connections, so personal and work calendars can be checked together for conflicts.

  6. Yes — Calendly Standard and above integrate with Stripe and PayPal to collect payments at booking, starting at $10/seat/mo (billed annually). FindTime supports Stripe payment collection (no PayPal) on Professional plan and up ($8/mo). Source: calendly.com/pricing.

  7. Calendly's free plan is limited to one event type and one calendar connection. FindTime takes a different approach: no permanent free tier, but a 14-day free trial on the Starter plan ($3/mo) gives full access to custom branding, multiple integrations, and more event types than Calendly's free plan permits.
