Switching from SavvyCal

  1. 1
Note your SavvyCal scheduling links and settings
In SavvyCal, review your active scheduling links and note each one's configuration: duration, availability windows, team members included, and any Zapier workflows. SavvyCal does not offer a bulk export file.
  2. 2
    Connect your calendars in FindTime
In FindTime Settings → Calendars, connect your Google or Outlook calendar. Starter supports one calendar connection; Professional and above support unlimited connections — matching SavvyCal's multi-calendar approach.
  3. 3
    Re-create event types in FindTime
Use the FindTime dashboard to create new event types. For round-robin events (SavvyCal Basic and above), go to Team Events in FindTime and configure the same rotation logic.
  4. 4
Update booking links in your signature and tools
Replace your SavvyCal links (savvycal.com/yourname/...) with FindTime booking URLs (findtime.co/u/your-username/meeting-slug) in your email signature, website embed, and any CRM sequences where the link appears.

Frequently asked

  1. FindTime does not have a one-click SavvyCal importer. You recreate scheduling links as event types in the FindTime dashboard. Most configurations — duration, buffer time, availability windows, and team round-robin — have direct equivalents in FindTime.

  2. SavvyCal's Basic plan is $12/user/mo and Premium is $20/user/mo. FindTime's Professional plan is $8/mo (unlimited calendars, custom fonts, custom domain, payments). The AI Email Assistant ($50/mo addon) and AI CRM & Contact Intelligence ($90/user/mo addon) are separate purchases — both included as trials on every base plan. SavvyCal Premium supports Stripe Tax for VAT/GST collection; FindTime supports Stripe payments without the tax helper. Source: savvycal.com/pricing.

  3. FindTime offers an AI Email Assistant ($50/mo addon, 30-day trial on every plan) that you CC on scheduling emails — it handles the conversation and booking autonomously. It also offers AI CRM & Contact Intelligence ($90/user/mo addon, 60-day trial included) that produces relationship signals from meeting transcripts — showing which contacts to follow up with. SavvyCal has no equivalent features as of October 2026.

  4. No. SavvyCal does not offer an AI assistant that reads and responds to scheduling emails. Its automation features are limited to Zapier integrations and workflow reminders. Source: savvycal.com/features.

  5. Both FindTime and SavvyCal support Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. SavvyCal is described as supporting external calendars for team availability checks. For precise Apple Calendar support in SavvyCal, verify at savvycal.com/features.

  6. SavvyCal lets invitees overlay their own Google or Outlook calendar on your booking page before selecting a time — reducing the chance of picking a slot that conflicts with an unsynced event. This is a genuine UX differentiator. FindTime does not currently offer calendar-overlay for invitees.
